Voter Education for Home and Condo Owners
Create and mail newsletters that contain a variety of registration, planning, and ballot counting information that is informative for boards of directors and association members alike. TIE can prepare and present education sessions that include topics on elections laws, association rules, and election procedures
Association Election and Rules Consulting
We can provide assistance with the development of required election rules and with the process of communicating rules to owners, in accordance with Governing Document requirements.
Candidate Solicitation Assistance
TIE will prepare the Call for Candidate letter and biographical form and mail to all owners on the mailing roster provided. We also accept all candidate solicitations and provide to association representative for review and to check eligibility.
Online HOA Board Candidate Submission
Using our TIEiVote™ online voting system, we provide the candidate biographical information form and access information for Association members. TIE will inform the Association representative as candidate information is submitted and will use the information, as submitted online, in the mailing of the election package.
Member Election Results Notification
We provide a notice of the results of the election to all members by United States Postal Service. TIE will prepare the notice, stuff, post and mail. The notice will be mailed as required by Civil Codes.
Facilitation of Candidate Forums
The Inspectors of Election provides guidance to the election committee/Board and candidates on the Candidate Forum format and procedures. TIE will assign a Facilitator for a two hour Candidate Forum at the location of the Association. TIE’s Facilitator is experienced in Community Associations and the issues and laws affecting the election process.
Association Election Expert Witness
TIE has proven expert witnesses to handle disputes in all areas of homeowner association elections, meetings and balloting. We are the expert in election administration and voting for HOA elections.
Election Consulting Services
TIE provides services for challenged elections and general consulting on how to keep elections in line with state code and a non-profit businesses documents
